Complaint with reference of invoice not replicating to ECC from CRM

Hi Experts,

    We are creating a complaint with reference of ecc billing document but its not replicating to ECC. BDoc is showing as confirmed but in error segment its showing No upload into ERP and ERP adapter is called. Please find the below screenshot for reference.

We have followed the note 490932 - Data exchange of sales transactions between CRM & R/3 also.

Please suggest us on this. Thanks in advance

Dear Vijay,

If Bdoc is created but message CRM_ORDER_MISC022  No upload into ERP or R/3 is in the Bdoc then check the following:

1. Does the document contain errors - even if there are no errors in the log check that the status I1030 is not set?

2. Are there any upload relevant items?

3. Does the status allow replication - is a distribution lock set or status I1030 active(check table CRM_JEST or the status log in the transaction)?

4. If quotation then review SAP note 671243?
