SAP B1 Cloud extension cannot be installed and keep its status as "To install"

Hi All,

I have created an extension as the same progress like normal staging B1.

I used "Extension Registration Data Generator" to open the "EXE" file and put ticks on exe and b1s file ,

after that I typed in version From 910.000.00 to 930.000.00 and generated a "Zip" file with ARD file.

Unfortunately, after deploying the Zip file, it keeps showing "To install" and actually I cannot assign it to other tenants afterward ( That means it has not been installed) and also there has no errors pop-up.

Is there any information is missing in ARD file? Please advise how to solve this problem.
