SAP BI Extractor - How to Identify change history ?

How can we get records which will provide change history for SAP BI Extractors -  The details expected are ;

By user and date range  need to know -

1. List of BI Extractors which have been changed for the structure

2.  List of BI Extractors which have not changed for it's structure but the structure got refreshed with timestamp ( may be due to packaged deployment )

3.  List of changes implemented in the extractor

This will help us to put proactive process for the downstream data extraction impact due to above

I don't think we have a datasource change history stored in SAP.

However, we had a similar requirement to track any changes to datasource in Quality/Production system. So we accomplished with the transport requests based custom report (tables E070, E071). If any transport gets released or moved in quality system with a datasource name then it given as output by the custom report. This report is scheduled daily so that we track daily changes.

With these tables you can also find out the exact changes in the structures if any etc.
