WDJ application is missing from portal content

Hi,

     I have modified some web dynpro java code recently(check out and check in method). But check in was failed for the application. When I check the same application under portal content it is no more visible.

For example, under "errmsg" "AuthError" app is showing up but "massupload" application is not at all visible(since check in was failed). Is there any way to get it back?

If you have the access to the development project then just check if all of the applications are still in the DC and deploy it to the server again. What do yo mean with check in / check out method?
