Script Transcript not showing log

Hello Experts

Im having and issue with the transcript log. Has anyona had this problem before. Ive created a script and have activated the configuration of my script.

The chapters are complete

And when I select the transcript log, I always have and empty question

has anyone has encountered this issue before?

Hi,

You can test by reducing the text of the question. Some time ago a note was created to solve this issue, because questions with text longer than 29 characters where dispearing. The note number is 1667541 - Question's content and description disapears.

Before implementing the note, since is an old one I would suggest to test by reducing the text of the question to 29 or less characters and then try again.

Please notice that several notes has been created after this one so I don't suggest to implement it now, depending on the release you are now. You should check the latest note changing the Editor and implement that one.
