If I am in koh2 and need to copy internal orders between 2 order groups, how do I do that?

Can you elaborate your requirement.
If you are trying to add one IO into multiple sub-nodes of one IO group, then system will not allow.
But you can add one IO into multiple groups without combining the groups.
