How to remove the display of Variable in Broadcast output

Hi All,

I have a broadcast ouput via PDF, EXCEL, data is displayed fine but all the variables values are displayed above the data that gives a odd look of output. How to remove/Supress the Variables value list in Broadcast output. BW 7.0 is the version.

Where did you do the broadcast? WAD, ANALYZER, REPORT DESIGNER, or QUERY DESIGNER?

Hi Loed,

When you broadcast a query, the broadcast use a template to send as a specific format.

I believe the template is 0QUERY_TEMPLATE_BROADCASTING70.

If you want to change the layout by removing the variables, edit this template with WAD, save as ZQUERY_TEMPLATE_BROADCASTING70.

Then, go to transaction RSCUSTV27 and put this new template on "Query Precalculation" field.

This should solve the case.
