No Prereserved value in Fund Usage

Hello Experts,

I am creating a trade promotion. After setting the APPROVED status, for one of the Expense Type selected, I do not see the PRERESERVED amount.

Kindly help.  Am I missing anything ?

Hi DJ,

I suppose the issue is caused by a missing customizing in Define Setting for Funds Integration.

Check in there if everything has been setup correctly for the relevant Expense Type.

please check the following document and make sure to have the customizing maintained correctly:

Further please check if the issue is happening with the 'prereserved' value category only, or also with the 'reserved' value category. If it is happening for the 'prereserved' amount only, please check the TFM fund integration customizing and check the system or user status value category mapping. In case it is a general issue please check the underlying key figure in the planning layout, and make sure there is a value assigned. If there is, this is probably an issue with the status driven events.
