Hi Finally we got some answers.

This might happen when some files are missing/corrupted on the server machine(Linux).

Try creating a new Server Intelligence Agent and hopefully that should fix the issue.

Please follow below steps to add a new node for SAP BI on the Linux machine:

Caution: Back up the server configuration for the entire cluster before adding a node

  1. Run <INSTALLDIR>/sap_bobj/serverconfig.sh
  2. Select Add node, and press Enter
  3. Type the name of the new node, and press Enter
  4. Type the port number of the new Server Intelligence Agent, and press Enter
  5. Choose any from these three options :
  • No servers : Create a node that does not contain any servers.
  • CMS: Create a Central Management Server on the node, but does not create other servers.
  • Default servers : Create only the servers installed on this machine. It does not include all possible servers
  1. For that example, select a CMS
  • If this deployment is running, select existing, and press Enter.
  • If this deployment is stopped, select temporary, and press Enter.
  1. Review the confirmation page, and press Enter.

The Central Management creates a node. If any errors occur, review the log file
