change from PS to PCL

Currently we change the printers in our organization and these ones don't have Postscript support, only PCL.

As we ahve a third party connected to SAP from citrix, we can't change the drivers but we know we can selected LOCL_HP instead LOCL when we force the print.

Is there any way to change the parameters in the own user data to trigger automatically to LOCL_HP mode instead LOCL?

Hello Jose,

if I understood the question correctly, then yes, an enduser can change his / her default Output Device in transaction SU3 (or select the menu "System" -> "User Profile" -> "Own Data").

Under tab "Defaults" can the default Output Device be changed.

Alternatively, if the system administrator needs to do a mass change of default Output Devices for the end users, transaction SU10 can be used.
