Hi,
I have a requirement for assigning category schema for Investigative case management and as part of this i did the following:
Cross checked under Define Application Areas for Categorization
Defining of the Category schema in webui and assigned the case type under the Application area and its in Active Status
Assigned the Functional Profile for "Categories" in the Business Role.
After doing these also I am not able to view the Category Schema in ICM, Please can anyone suggest what am I missing.
Need inputs whether Can I use Multi Level Category Schema for ICM object as out of box solution or do I need to do some enhancements.

Hello Sunny,
I'm not a expert in ICM, but consider the SAP Note "1969705 - Deviations of Investigative Case from Standard CRM Case", there are mentioned some limitations. I'm not sure if these affects the Multi Level categorization as well.
