I am currently working on a Business Case related to SAP Implementation in a medium size company, this company intend to implement several SAP modules related to Finance, Budget, Production execution, Warehouse management and Sales and Distribution, so I would Like to know if exist an optimal sequence to implement this modules also what are the reasons for this sequence?
HI Edgar,
Any SAP Implementation will start with definition of Enterprise structure. Key elements like client, controlling are, company code, profit center etc are basic building blocks of enterprise structure from FICO side
On a key note, I can say sequence is not predominantly defined. It all depends in cross module integration business processes defined in your blueprint.
But in all my experience, first step is taken from FICO side. Remaining all other modules go hand in hand.

Amol
