Customer could not be converted from field KUNNR (CND_MAP325)

Dear CRM gurus,

please help to resolve the issue with condition data replication from ECC to CRM system

We've got error message in SLG1 with the following text: Field content <customer_code> from field KUNNR could not be concerted (CND_MAP325 message)

The issue appears if condition record creation happens just after customer creation within short period of time.

Below is the example from the live system with timestamps:

1. Customer created in CRM, outbound BDoc created (04:15)

2. Customer created in ECC (04:15)

3. Condition record created in ECC (04:17)

4. Condition record creation CRM failed, no Bdocs created. Error "Field content <customer_code> from field KUNNR could not be concerted (CND_MAP325 message)" in SLG1

Thank you in advance for your help

Regards

Petr

Hello Petr,

Sometimes it may happen that, when you are trying to create a customer/material/article in R/3 followed by maintaining a condition record for that customer/material/article. But in CRM, since these 2 are sent 2 different queues, it may happen that condition queue gets processed before material queue and hence resulting in an error message in logs.

This can be influenced using SAP Note:

658272 - Condition download occurs before Article download.

Please check the note and maintain the proper entry then retest the behavior.

Thank you.

Hello Julin,

thank you very much for your suggestion, however i have one concern. The custmer is initially created in CRM at the beginning of the process. Condition records are maintained in ECC only after replication of customer master from CRM. So there could not be the case when customer is not created in CRM by the time when condition record from ECC is being replicated.

Another thing is the link between customer ID in ECC and BP object GUID in CRM. Might it be the reason that this information is missing by the time when condition record is being replicated to CRM? How it is normally updated and when?

Thank you

Petr

Hello Petr,

Yes, it is possible that the customer is not transferred successfully when the condition is replicated. Therefore, you would need to make sure the master data such as customers, materials, Sales Org have been downloaded before trying to bring down the condition records for them.

To resolve the error CND_MAP325 in your case, you should reload the customer. Once the customer being loaded without error, please load the condition again.

Thanks,

Hello Julin,

i still cannot understand how it is possible that customer is not transferred when the condition is replicated becase the customer was created in CRM at first step.

Please advice how can i load the condition again? Is there any posibility to re-load conditions created recently?

Thank you

Petr

Dear Petr,

You could refer to the following blog about how to download the condition master data.

Best regards,
