Hi Experts,

We have integration between CRM 7.0 EHP3 and ECC 6.0.

We are trying to replicate the employee from R/3 to CRM but unable to replicate it. We have followed the below thread.

Transfer of R/3 employees to CRM | SCN

Inbound IDoc (Basic type: HRMD_ABA01 & Message Type: HRMD_ABA) is processing successfully in CRM side but employees are not replicating to CRM. We have even followed C05 configuration document also.

Kindly let us know if there is any prerequisites or are we missing any steps.

Please help on this.

Thanks,

Suresh.

Hi Kapil,

   Thanks for your reply.

We are committing the IDOC data using  BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT but still its not saving. We too don't have that much aware of IDOC scenario.

Please any one help on this.

Thanks,

Suresh T.

Hello Suresh,

Please refer below links:

Employee replication from ECC to CRM | SCN

Emp not replicating in CRM from ECC (HR) | SCN

Employee replication from R/3 to CRM | SCN

Also, check PIDE settings to see if there is a filter.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Kapil

Hi Kapil,

Thanks for your reply.

We have followed everything in those threads but still unable to replicate the Employee from R/3 to CRM.

Please find the below screenshots for reference.

  Source system is REQCLNT666

  Target system is RCDCLNT300

1) HR integration in CRM

2) Number Ranges in CRM

3) BP Grouping in CRM

4) PIDE in ECC

5) Distribution Model in ECC

6) Partner profiles in ECC

7) Distribution model and Partner profiles in CRM

😎 PFAL in ECC

9) Outbound idoc success in ECC

10) Inbound idoc in CRM with 53 status.

11) Employee not replicated to CRM

We want to replicate only employees from ECC to CRM. In CRM we are using enhanced org unit and not synchronized.

Are we missing anything? Please help on this. Thanks in advance.

Thanks,

Suresh T.

Hello Suresh,

Apologies for my ignorance.

But, have you checked the inbound IDOC processing in SAP CRM, if it is committing data?

My assumption was that you are triggering BDOC replication to SAP CRM for it to create employee data.

I am afraid not aware of this IDOC scenario.

Thanks,

Kapil
