PO Dev system is down due to space issue in /usr/sap/PO1

Hi All,

PO Dev system down due to no space in /usr/sap/PO1 then increased the space still getting same problem.

When checked found below files in the /usr/sap/<SID>/<INSTANCE>/j2ee/cluster/server<N> taking large space.

OOM.addons

OOM.hprof

java_pid11849_1.addons

java_pid11849_1.hprof

java_pid12404_1.addons

java_pid31768_1.addons

java_pid31768_1.hprof

java_pid7497_1.addons

java_pid7497_1.hprof

Please advice how to solve this issue we have also increased Max Heap size from 4 GB to 8GB.

Can we delete the above files?
