Increase customize step status into the checklist

Hi Expert,

In the checklist step status, default it only had Open, In Process and Completed, I would like to increase one more customize step status into the below service request checklist, is there any standard procedure to do that?

Hello Man,

you can define your own User status profile with your own user status. A user status set is defined and assigned to the item category which is used by the checklist. The CRM Standard item category for Checklist is CHKL.

Dear Gerhard,

Many thanks for your reply, after config the status profile, the step status not show it,

but here can show.

I created the new status profile.

Is there any step I have mistake or another way to add the new step to checklist?

Hi Man, could you test the behavior with an new document ? Maybe  the actual status of the existing (old) document doesn't provide all the remaining user status.
