ECTR authority

Hi all

I am a ectr administrators only, so i should show the administrators menu ,but when i installation  ectr ,other user show administrators menu ，I don't want to others shows that the administrator menu, but i don't konw how control the menu

in the application help you find a complete section for the administrative functions.

See chapter 2 Application Help for System Administrator.

2.2 also explains how to protect the Admin Functions against non-admins.
