Error While attaching document from mobile application

Hi Experts,r

While we are trying to attach the document from mobile application it throwing an error message "Data Carrier SAP-SYSTEM not defined".

While we have maintained all the entry in DC10 default entry for server and front end and all.

Please suggest.

Check this post see if you got any missing configuration in the backend.

Also check the standard agentry java class "DMSDocumentCaptureBAPI", search for the hard-coded

STORAGECATEGORY and enhance it as needed.

To which system is your configuration setup to store documents? eg. SAP, Content Server, external,...

Hi Michael,

We are using SAP  DMS content server  . and we are able to store the document  for same transaction from ECC system but while attaching document from SYCLO it's throwing an error message Data Carrier SAP-SYSTEM not defined.
