Hi All,

We tried to add ghostscript as Printer in Window Server 2012 (64 bits) and it seems does not allow and hits error below.

GhostScript version: v9.18

Would like to check if there is any version or any way to make server add Ghostscript as printer successfully.

Kindly advise and let me know if further information is needed.

Thank you,

BR,

Yow

Here is a nice How-To.. (when the driver is not sigined)

How to set up Ghostscript PDF printer on Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012

There was a bug in Ghostscript's digital signature for the driver

Bug 696244 – Missing digital signature

This should be resolved in 9.19.

Hi Yow;

  Did you ...

1) install the 64bit version on GS?

2) install the printer from the GS "lib" folder?

Hi Chris,

Yes, install GS 64 bit and select “ghostpdf.inf” file in the “lib” folder.

Kindly advise.

Thank you.

Hi Yow;

  Excellent .. the 64bit version is key for a W2012 installation!

  FWIW: I have installed GS 9.19 OK on W2012. Sounds like you might even have a corrupt .INF file.

Can you try downloading the latest GS & retrying the installation?

FYI: Ghostscript: Ghostscript Downloads
