CRM BestPractices Sample Content cannot be downloaded

Hi all,

I want to implement the CRM BestPractices in our CRM system. According tho the "Additional Guide to Implementing the SAP CRM rapid-deployment solution / SAP Best Practices for CRM" guide I want to download the pre-defined sample content (section 4.1.3 in the guide) from SAP note 1958683.

However, when I open note 1958683 and try to download the attached files I get the message "Anhang konnte nicht abgerufen werden".

Does any body know anothe place from where I can download the files?

Hello Julin,

thanks for your suggestion. However, the link you gave points to an older CRM-BestPractice release and the references to the Downloads go via the SAP note I already tried.

Anyway, suddenly I had no problems to download the files from the notes. Maybe a SAP server was temporarily down.
