ESP SP11 streamingclusternode does not honor -Xmx for JVM options

Hello,

Has anyone found a way to actually get streamingclusternode to honor -Xmx on RHEL 6.5?

I've tried :

     streamingclusternode -Xmx4g

with and without environment variable $JAVA_OPTIONS="-Xmx4g"

and nothing seems to take......as soon as I add a node to my cluster that process shows up on top as 25G!!

I've seen this problem countless times before with other Java-based applications on our RHEL systems....and have had to find

hooks into them to stipulate the Java map heap size (like the above).

However, the documentation (and --help) for streamingclusternode seems to not ring true.

Anyone find/claim otherwise?

Thanks,

Michael
