Condition record filter on DATBI

Hello All,

We have maintained filter for object DNL_COND_A004 on field DATBI with a value which specifies that condition records with DATBI value greater than or equal to the mentioned date value is allowed for replication to CRM system from ERP system. Now, if we create a condition record with DATBI value less than the filter value, it does not get replicated to CRM which is expected. If the condition record is changed (using transaction VK12) so that the DATBI value satisfies the filter condition, the record is not getting replicated to CRM.

The filtering of data takes place in CRM_FILTER_DOWNLOAD_DATA function module of ERP system. It deletes the valid entry because the deletion happens by comparing KNUMH value which is same for both old condition record and the new one.

Any pointers, suggestions is appreciated.

Hi Athreya,

Just check if this helps. Check what is the indicator coming over when you are trying to update the condition record and try to make it as 'U' in BAPIMTCS for the new entry.

Thank you for the reply. The issue is here is that there was a note which introduced the field DATBI as an option for filter and it looks like that the delta load doesn't work when DATBI field is maintained. It was introduced a long time ago and was wondering if anyone faced this issue.

maybe it requires BADI to be implemented so that condition record can be updated with value 'U' as you suggested above.

Hi Athreya,

Generally, we have sales org(VKORG) as part of MW filters for condition records. When you described about DATBI , I too was bit surprised . I am not very sure whether we have a BADI for this one.

If we need to have DATBI as one of the fields for filter criteria as part of requirement, then you can try for a ZFM which would get trigger via a BTE event and get the records and manipulate there or else look for an enhancement spot as the last option.
