Synchronization between customer and business partner

Hi,

Synchronization from customer to BP is working as expected when we execute online.

If we create a customer in background than the BP is not created.

Using XD01 or FD01 to create the new customer than the BP is created when we save.

If we modify a customer, Xd02 or Fd02, when we save the BP is updated and if he does not exist it«s created.

however we have customers created by an interface or in background and in this cases the BP is not created.

aditinal info:

customers are creted in a workflow using sap standard method MAINTAIN_BAPI on class  CMD_EI_API

In this case the BP is not created.
