CRM Service Order Not Consuming Credit Limit in ECC

Hi,

I'm currently testing CRM Service Order Credit Limit Consumption by using FI-AR-CR functionalities.

I have created a CRM Service Order containing Service Item and Sales Item.

During creation, the system performed Credit Limit Checking with reference to the Credit Data in SAP ECC.

If the credit limit checking is NOT OK, then release process needs to be done.

The issue I'm facing is when the Service Order is saved or released, Credit Exposure does NOT get updated in ECC (eventhough credit limit checking is passed previously).

The requirement that I have is that Credit Exposure gets updated immediately (credit limit consumed) once CRM Service Order is Released.

Has anyone face a similar issue? or can anyone tell me when Credit Limit in ECC will be consumed for CRM Service Order?

Hello Afton,

I guess you have done the following settings in CRM:

• Enable credit check in your transaction type. 
• Have you set parameter and key name as 'CRMCREDCHE' in middleware along with RFC Destination. 
• Maintain Credit Group in Item Category.
