Hi All,

Is it necessary to set call horizon for multiple counter plans? If not then how the system sets a call date.

Warm Regards,

PS R

Hello PS R,

For multiple counter based plans, dates are calculated based on operation type entered. For detailed explanation, please refer below thread:

Thanks,

Hi Prashant,

Thanks a lot for the document which is very useful. Here, I find system sets a call date identical to the planned date, that indicates there is no need to set call horizon. Is that correct.

Hello PS R,

As per my understanding, we do not enter call horizon in multiple counter plans. If you still want to have different call date and planned date in multiple counter plans, you can use Lead Float in Days (In Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameters) which will be valid for whole maintenance plan. Request you to test from your side before adopting it.

Thanks,

Prashant

Hi,

I do agree, we do not enter call horizon, looking at the document system sets a call date identical to the planned date. Is this correct.

Thanks for the information on Lead float in days. I will test and come back .
