Data Source Not Active

Hi

I am facing an issue when executing query FCLM_CFA_VP01_Q0001. I found that the data source is available in RSA6 bout still not showing active. I tried to activate and I get the following error message . " Short Description is not mentioned in the data source. /ERP/8CFA_VP01.

Please could anyone tell me how do i write an ABAP code to append the shot description.

Can you please try the below program to activate the datasource

RSDS_DATASOURCE_ACTIVATE_ALL

Also not sure what you meant when you say issue when executing query. Do you mean that you are not able to run a BEx Query ? Also no screenshots you have posted.

Is it Standard datasource or Custom datasource, In SAP BW  we can edit custom Datasource in  Tcode RSO2 , I have not worked in S4 HANA , So i think if you can post in correct space as here:   you may get proper helpful replies ..
