Hello Ravi,
I think your Java Stack is not up and running. If the Java stack does not start, you can find the errors in these logs:
/usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS$$/work
$$ = instancenumber
You can also try to use the webbased SAP Management Console. Here you can see, if your system is up and running.
http://<host>:5$$13
http://std10s03.sdc.bsnl.co.in:50013
I think you have a basis problem. If you do not have access to the folder, ask your basis team.
best regards,
Benedikt

Hi Ravi,
Check below link
https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/XI/Troubleshooting+PI+ESR+and+Integration+Builder+Logon+Issues and for Server Side Cache check
Java Web Start Administration -> Restore Archives.
Also If you delete cache then it should work.

Hi Ravi,
-->Are you accessing the URL for the first time? if so check with basis team whether all the pre and post installation steps performed successfully?
--> Check if you are using the correct host and port.
URL : http://<host>:<port>/rep/start/index.jsp
--> check the host / port is reachable from telnet.
--> Check the value of the Exchange Profile parameter: com.sap.aii.connect.integrationbuilder.startpage.url if required maintain the URL "rep/start/index.jsp"
URL: http://<host>:5<sys#>00/exchangeProfile
After changing this parameter, i suggest you to restart the java stack.

Hi Ravi,
Talk with your basis team what is the IP of the PI. Later go to your hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc if your laptop is under windows) and set the name of the host and the IP there.
