BPO dashboard - on BPM data

Hi All,

We are in Solution manager 7.1 SP12.

we have setup the MAI connector.

I have read in a help portal that BPO dashboard data source can be BPA / BPM.

Is there any clear documentation on how we get the data from BPM for setting up the BPO dashboard.

if so,Kindly share it.

Also, Kindly clarify that will we be able to get the data based on the based on alerts in alert inbox.

Hey Subhashini,

BPO dashboard setup required below steps,

• Connector instance creation
• Analytical keyfigure setp
• Panel and dashboard setup

Already you have activated BPMon or BPA ? r u using classic BPMon or BPMon on MAI ?

Hi Subhashini,

You first need to activate the Twincube setup on solman

After that, use Business Process Operations Dashboard - SAP Solution Manager - SAP Library to setup the dashboard.

It will indeed use whats been monitored in bpmon.

There is also the option of using the reporting on alerts. Goto Alert inbox - Reporting

If the screen doesnt load correctly, implement note 2115730

and, if you want to have reporting on a weekly basis, you can use SLR reporting
