Planner can drag the demand and move it to the upper portion of the planning board and can assign it to one of

the available vehicle in the pool.

issue :- not able to drag demand and move it to upper portion.

Hi Lokesh,

Please confirm whether your original issue is resolved. If it is resolved then kindly close this thread and open the new one for this dragging issue.  OR please confirm whether your original issue was dragging only?

In dragging issue case, I would request you to check your config settings for planning board & display variant for PAM.

Hi Lokesh,

I not sure but error message is self explainatory. I am not sure. But can you check your tables KLAH & SWOR for class that you have assigned in basic settings.

Hi Lokesh,

You need to maintain class type & Class for order types in basic settings of PAM under config path

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service - Maintenance and Service Processing - Pool Asset Management - Basic Settings for Pool Asset Management

Please check if you have done assignment here.

AMol
