Customized form - Operation is not supported on system form

We are getting this error only two users in one database.

When i run the add-on. "Operation is not supported on system form" error show in customized form. this user super user and also full authorization is there. any one help us. how to resolved this issue.

Can you explain more, exactly what the Add-on does, when it is execute?

This error occurs when you do a not allowed action in SAP B1 system form.
