Checklist of pre and post activities from DS

Hi All,

We are presently using SAP DS 4.2 SP4 and the target database is SAP HANA. Basis team is planning to upgrade SAP HANA 1.0 rev 85 to SAP HANA 1.0 rev 102. Could you please suggest me, what are the list of things I need to look at pre and post activity from SAP DS perspective.

Any suggestions on this will be of great help.

You will have to patch or upgrade DS, because the base SP4 version is not compatible with HANA SPS10. See SAP Note 1600140 for details.

Thanks Dirk. I forgot to mention we are planning to upgrade SAP DS from (DS 4.2 SP4 to DS 4.2 SP6) and also SAP BI/IPS (from 4.1 SP5 to 4.1 SP7).

I'm looking at things more like ( Eg: I should deactivate jobs schedule during that period ).
