SAVE ICON for BEx Template Report is not working on SAP Portal

Hi Experts,

Clicking on SAVE ICON on Bex Wen Template (see attached Image) a blank popup window appear for a while and goes. Nothing happening.

I want to save my Bex Report Layout for future use as portal favourite. 

This is not Inetrnet Explorer Pop-up setting issue. All is good. QA  DEV also same problem is there.

Recently System has upgraded to BW 7.3. Is this cause?

Please suggest what to check. or suggest some SAP Note if someone knows.

Hello,

This is probably some submit method to your Portal while saving your bookmark.

This is a IE window. I don't believe it is an error.

You can check what the pop-up is doing by using some HTTP Trace tool, like HTTPWatch or Fiddler.

Dis you already try to do same work on other PC?

If same error occurred, try to ask your BASIS team about this..Maybe there is an option that needs to be checked on their side..
