Deleted Crystal Rpt file shows in Authorization window

Hi Experts,

I have an issue in my customer database, I have imported the crystal report RPT File & deleted via Report & layout Manager, but still it shows in Authorization window.

SAP B1 Version: 9.1 PL 09

Please suggest how to remove from authorization window.
