SAP B1 Intercompany - Key Mapping of Currencies problem

Hi All,

We have encountered a problem during the initial configuration on the Admin console for SAP B1 Intercompany setup.

Upon key mapping of the currencies, some items are missing, and also we see some '##' values in it.

We have already made updates like removing and readding those currencies missing but still issue persists.

What have we missed here? Hope to hear from you guys.

Hi Alain,

Try to import currency object data again on key mapping screen and perform further steps for currency mapping.
If issue still persists, please raise a support incident to SAP GSC.

Hi Yash,

Yes actually we have reimport the object data especially after reupdating currencies table, but the issue still persists.

We have already raised support ticket to fix this soon. I will close this once we have the solution.

Hi Alain,

For your information, ## is default value for “All Currencies”.

And let GSC check, via incident processing, what exactly is the issue in reference to the inappropriate data in the Currency object Key Mapping.

Hi Yash,

We already got the solution from SAP support.

He has to delete first the "@CTX_CURRENCY" table to clear all inconsistent data then rerun the Intercompany addon to resynching the correct data for the currencies
