Integration of SAP HR with Employee Profile (Talent Hybrid Model) using Dell Boomi

Hi Guys

We have a requirement to Integrate On-premise SAP HR with Successfactors Talent Management modules using Dell Boomi Integration.

But Package Integration comes with Employee Central. In this case, client is not using Employee central, Need to map fields in EP with SAP HR.

Please help me with process to integrate b/w SAP to EP.

Hi Naveen, for the Talent Hybrid Model productised integrations exist for SAP PI and HCI, but not Boomi. Administration guides can be found at http://help.sap.com/erp_sfi_addon30.

Frank is correct. However, it doesn't mean you can't use Boomi - it just means you'd have to build your own middleware integration on Boomi between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP HCM.

We trying to integrate SAP ERP HCM with Employee Profile and not to Employee Central using Dell Boomi Middleware.

Then you need to build out the middleware part yourself, as SAP don't provide any packaged integration for talent hybrid scenario on Dell Boomi AtompShere.
