Hi Vishal,

you can configure your KPI in the Workcenter Business Analytics:

• Design KPIs: Configure SAP KPI
• Design KPI: Configure Customer KPI

Can we create new KPI?

There are 24 default KPI designed in system, can all of them listed in Corporate Performance Dashboard as report?

In my KPI section only three evaluations... can there be more? How to get that?

Hi Vishal,

The Design KPIs view enables you to check the characteristics and rules that a KPI uses to perform a calculation. You can choose default KPI evaluations from the evaluation catalog, or you can to use previously created evaluations. You can also create your own evaluations to suit further business requirements.

There are few reports available for KPI.

For example:

Actual Utilization -> The data source ID is HCMRPMU03_Q0001.

Liquidity -> The data source IDs are, FINPAYU02_Q0004/Q0006/Q0008.

Purchasing Volume -> The data source IDs are, SRMPO_B02_Q0009, SRMIV_B03_MQ0022,SRMPO_B02_MQ0009 ETC...

There are 24 Key Performance Indicators & you can include all of them by creating New Evaluation.
