Error Message with Analysis office 2.2

Dear All,

We are on Analysis office version 2.2 SP02. When we try to click on F4 Help for Hierarchy node variable in report prompt screen we are getting the below error message.

" Error occurred while trying to determine the selection state (ID-104001)".

We don't find any issue with executing the same report from 1.4. or from RSRT.

And we are getting this error message only for Hierarchy node variable in 2.2.

Any one experienced same kind of issue? Please share your ideas.

Hello Reshma,

This issue got resolved in SP3 , which is releasing this week.

This is know issue in AO 2.2 SP02

Thank you for the reply.

I have observed that the issue is not appearing for some of the Hierarchy node variables but for only few?

Is something related to the Hierarchy variable type?

Also kindly share the link/URL which says it's a know issue from SAP, so that I can inform Business users.
