SAP CRM inbound Queues Stuck with SYSFAIL STATUS

Hello Friends,

SAP CRM inbound Queues R3AD_...........Stuck with SYSFAIL STATUS,

Errors in SMW01.

Validation error occurred: Module CRM_DOWNLOAD_BTMBDOC_VAL, BDoc type BUS_TRANS_MSG.

Message no. SMW3018

Processing of document/transaction with GUID 0050568C87601ED682E9AEA0CFB0442F is canceled

Message no. CRM_ORDER011.

When further analyzed

.The order looks fine without error.Please help this is urgent.

Dear Sonal,

SAP recommended to maintain PARNAME WAIT FOR UPDATE,But in our case the queues are not in wait update status.There are more like confirmation queues.Please suggest.

Hello Kapil,

In our case we have more than 10K queues stuck in SMQ2.

Bdoc Type:BUS_TRANS_MSG

Bdoc State:Some are in F05 & F02.

Send USr:SAP_ECC.

Error:Processing of document/transaction with GUID is canceled

Module CRM_DOWNLOAD_BTMBDOC_VAL, BDoc type BUS_TRANS_MSG.

Please put a break point in CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN and debug the failed queue to try and see why the exception has been raised.
