How to get Working Day Count of a Resource from MRS system in SAP CRM Service?

Hi,

We are creating Work Orders for Services requested for Customer like WI-FI connection etc..(Telecommunication Process). For this we are running a program for the availability or absent days against a Resource.

Now i need logic to get Number of working days of a Technician/Resource for a specific duration.

Hi Ramana,

Can you specify your system environments in more detail. Are you expecting the dates to be coming from a third-party system like MRS system to SAP CRM. Or you need to extract the days from SAP CRM System to a third party system ?

In SAP CRM we use Workforce Deployment Add-On to manage Service Assignments. Are you using something similar in nature ?

This FM can provide you with the individual attributes of the days with a valid Factory Calendar.
