SCN Account with S-user

Former Member

Hi,

I currently have two SCN accounts. One registered to my personal mail address and another one for the S-user that my company has given me.

The question is:

In an event of changing companies what happens to S-user and related SCN account.

Is it possible to keep the account and just change the related S-user?

How can I merge multiple accounts? (Transfer content, points, etc.)

Unfortunately, at this time it is not possible to consolidate SCN accounts, link them or transfer points, badges or content from one account to another. Our identity management system is complex and we are working to develop a functionality to consolidate accounts.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing to you. Please create a new account and reach out tosapnetwork@sap.com and request to be added to the list of pending accounts to be merged. Once this functionality will become available we will notify you.

Thank you for the answer, but I didn't ask if I can merge my accounts.

Question is: can I change the S-user related to my account with another one.

No, the S-user is tied to the company it was issued for.  If you leave the company, for example, the account will no longer function.
