No, this is not supported yet. But it is posted on the SAP Idea Place where you can vote it up. The more votes, the more of a chance that this will be implemented. Link to the idea:

If UWP is not in the immediate road-map, then obviously Crystal Reports is the wrong tool for us to look at anyway.
