Fixed Assets - Immediate Capitalization & Delayed Depreciation

How do you set up a fixed asset to be capitalized on purchase but for the depreciation to be delayed until it is commissioned? Some assets are purchased but are commissioned for use some time after the purchase, hence the need to delay depreciation until such a time as the asset is in use

You can change depreciation start date when fixed asset in use
