Difference between Ticket Workcenter Views

What´s the difference between the following Workcenter views?

Couldn´t find any Information on this in admin guide.

Hi Ulla,

All the below Workcenter View are required only if the User would require to work on TICKETS in desktop and Tablet. They are related.

Workcenter  Tickets - SEOD_TICKETMD_SADL_WCVIEW  

Workcenter view Technical: Desktop Navigation  - TICKET_DESKTOP_NAVIGATION

Workcenter view Technical: Tablet Navigation - TICKET_TABLET_NAVIGATION
