Problem with Business Process flow from My activities

Hello SAP

We are BPC NW 10.1 SP 9

We want to run a business process flow.

When we open our My Activities Tab the activities are green so that we cannot jump into the BPF from the tab.

Can you please help us?

"Saldovortrag" is displayed but it is grey if we click on it.

Can you check if you have used the BPF Deadline feature which might have caused the activity to close down for further action.

Hi Varsha,

we do not use the BPF Deadline feature. I have set up a new process template with the deadline in 999 days.

The link is still grey

But also the Approve Submit and reject buttons are grey.

Is it possible that I have an authorization problem?

The activity should be open only to the performer i.e A114679.

Are you opening the activity from this ID?

When I try with another user it works fine. Do you know which authorization object is necessary to run business process flows?

Hi Gerd,

The authorization object required to execute bpf is RSBPC_BBPF.

Hi Varsha,

could you please tell me which settings in the web administration client are responsible for the assignment of roles in the backend?

In my understanding the user for which the business process flows work has less authorizations than I have with my user but for me the BPF does not work. For me the link is grey shown in the screenshot above.

Hi Gerd,

You will need to check in BW backend if the authorization object RSBPC_BBPF is assigned to the user id,
