Hi all.
Recently I was monitoring a server from a customer, because he was experimenting performance issues due that the SLD service it's using arround a 30% of CPU, normally in other servers this service I haven't seen that uses more than 10% even less.
I have check all the service, I have restarted SLD, License Manager and Integration Service, but as users connect to SBO the use of CPU increase, really I don't know if this is normal.
Could somebody help me out with this.
Customer Platform:
The customer uses Terminal Services.
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard 64 bits.
RAM: 40 GB.
CPU: 8 x Intel Xeon E5-2680
SQL: 2012 R2
SBO: 9.1 PL 05
Companies: 13
Users: 29
Database Size: 40 GB DATA (all databases)
Regards.
Hello,
Did you ever figure out what was causing the high cpu usage? I have a similar situation occuring, with CPU usage at around 50%
Thanks

Hi,
Have you checked system and hardware requirements guide? I think 40 GB is not enough for 13 companies.
Thanks
