CRM Order Type "Cancel" - Technical Resource is deleted.

I made a normal order. And then, I made a cancel order.

This cancel order had a technical resource.

I changed status of cancel order's header as "Completed". Also, I put "Cancel Date" that is after contract start date and before contract end date.

After doing these, cancel order's technical resource is deleted.

I didn't delete technical resource at abap program that using "BOL".

What can I do?
