Good Day Experts,
I have the following information which I wish to copy from Excel into SAP B1 Journal Entry.
G/L Acct/BP Code | Debit | Credit | Distr. Rule |
2102001-001-001 | 420000.00 | 0002 | |
1101016-000-001 | 420000.00 | 5002 |
The problem is that the distribution rule 0002 cannot be inserted.
I have tried different formatting options in Excel for the 0002, such as converting to text and using the ' symbol, but still no luck.
It just doesn't seem to recognise the three 0's in front of the 2.
Does anyone know a workaround to this? We have hundred of lines to copy and paste from.
Thanks
Dario
Try copying from excel to notepad and then to Journal Entry

Hi Dario,
Instead of 0 you can try with Letter O.
Thanks,
