.NET Viewer Reduced Font after new printer installation

Have been using Crystal Report to create a label without problem until yesterday.  I added a new printer to the desktop.  The .NET viewer reduced the report font by about 75%.  When I send the report to the Zebra printer, the font on the label is also reduced.  How do I fix this problem?

Search for KBA 2163438 and see if that works. Try using the POC to do the printing, you can set it now using a property of the viewer or in code.

If my app doesn't work try updating the printer driver and use the Seagull Scientific printer drivers, they work.

Your reply led me to an article on printing in Crystal Reports.  That article had the info we needed to fix the problem.  We had linked our label design to a specific printer.  We set it for display and that resolved our problem.

Great, just be aware when using custom paper sizes do not use no printer...

Should a Label printer and Dissociate checked on. As long as the custom paper size is installed on all users PC's the viewer will simply use that printer.
