Hi
We have a requirement that some states like UP & WB have imposed Minimum recovery tax meaning sales tax say @ 18 % or 17,245/KL will be charged whichever is greater .
now in purchase order we have tax code for 18% and 18% is being calculated correctly , but how can we include absolute value condition.
One way is to create Z tax condition for absolute value and put condition exclusion, but Condition exclusion is supported either in MM or SD conditions not for tax conditions.
Please help me map this Minimum recovery tax in Purchase order pricing.
Thanks Atul
Dear Atul,
Agreed with Prasoon, either you can write a routine yourself or take the help of Abaper to do this. Only then you can able to resolve this issue.

Hi,
Unfortunately, condition exclusion group functionality is not available with the tax procedure in standard as of my knowledge. As already suggested, creating a VOFM routine will be the option in this case!.

Hi Atul,
Why don't you write a routine to put the logic for minimum tax amount and populate the same if 18% calculated value is below minimum value.
I hope this will help.

Amit
