GRAC_EAM_LOG_SYNC_TIMEBASED not sending workflow items in controllers inbox

SAP provided program GRAC_EAM_LOG_SYNC_TIMEBASED to run in GRC because we want to trigger workflow for firefighter controller log review for specific month. We ran this program in GRC with time stamp but controller did not received any item in their work inbox. The GRACFFLOG table got updated with X in column workflow-sent and job spool log also shows that workflow item has been sent. Is any one have similar issue?

Hello,

I have similar problem. Has anyone raised ticket to SAP regarding this? Is there maybe a note underway?

HI Vishranth ,

What was the solution for this ,I am in the exact same situation .

workflow is generated with GRAC_EAM_LOG_SYNC_TIMEBASED , but nothing comes up in nwbc when searching request or controllers inbox .

All post installation activities complete ,

MSMP versions genrated.

Controller notifications set to workflow

all sync jobs are done .

We are on GRC FNDA V8100 0014

Hello Alessandro,Arvind,

Recently we have been facing similar issue in our GRC as well(GRC 10.0)

The logs were retrieved and workflows were generated using GRAC_EAM_LOG_SYNC_TIMEBASED program, however the workflows are not getting triggered to the controllers and under search requests the log reports are not available

No dumps in SLG1 and ST22 as well.

we also noticed that the change log field in GRACTASKEXECSTMP table still shows a older date even after retrieving the logs

please let us know if a solution for this has already been identified

Hello,

please check SLG1 and ST22 if you see an error. It seems that the WF could not get initiated and hence to workitem has been sent. If no errors, then please check from Search Request the FF Log Review items. Have they been created?

Cheers,

Alessandro
